Kustom & Game Processing
The “Kustom” in Kelso’s Kustom Meats: cutting and wrapping your own animal, for your own table.
Call before you bring it inHow the Kustom side works
- The “Kustom” in our name means custom cutting and wrapping of livestock for the owner’s personal use.
- Kustom work is done in a separate part of the building from the retail market — there’s a wall between them, with its own door.
- Custom-processed meat goes back to its owner. It isn’t sold at the retail counter.
- We don’t slaughter on site — a third party handles farm kill; Kelso’s does the cutting and wrapping.
